99-09-24: Alone - A very unique site. Sarah has an excellent eye for abstract design and her pages are thought inducing. Animated gifs are very appropriate and page loading time is minimal. Only basic html and images, but does not need extra technologies to present it's content. Very well done.

99-09-22: Erratic Impact - An excellent philosophy resource for both teachers and students alike. Erratic Impact sorts out the massive amounts of information present into an easy to navigate web page. Simple, yet effective graphics round out this rather large site.

The design, though not unseen before, is in this case very well executed and the changing of the colors on each page is done in such a way as to maintain the overall feel of the site. The tiny banners are placed as to not be distracting and the color combinations are great. A well designed site with great content. It truly is worthy of the 1% award.
